3. Do you say please and thank you often? How often?
4. How would you rate yourself on the phone?
5. How would someone else rate you?
6. If we were having a contest, would you win?
7. Who is the best customer service agent at Drum Bum? Why?
8. How is your tone? Do you sound interesting or monotone?
9. Are you too soft or too loud?
10. Are you engaging? Is the customer enjoying talking to you?
11. How do you think the customer would rate you as a CSR?
12. Are you a customer service representative or a customer service specialist?
13. What makes you a specialist?
