Bird Tips

Birds love to play in the water! Shallow containers are great for them to play in (supervised of course).

Birds need something to keep it entertained. Keep a variety of toys to periodically change out so they don't get bored with one toy.

Regular baths cut down on the amount of "bird dust". Their feathers will look much prettier and shinier too.

If you are using non-stick pots, pans, etc., make sure that the kitchen is well ventilated as the fumes are toxic to birds. Opening a window and running the fan over the stove will help the fumes disperse.

If you do not have enough time to play with your bird as you should, buy it a friend! Birds can get quite lonely if they do not have a companion, whether it be you or another bird.
