Since most people don't eat the recommended diet each day, try taking a multi-vitamin. These will help keep your immune system strong and help with your overall appearance. Fish oil is also a good suggestion to take on a regular basis.

If you know you are on the go a lot or just don't like to cook. Adding natural supplements to your diet can help take the place of those missing food groups.

But remember people - food is important - eat right - eat often! They are called supplements, not replacements!
